Reform UK (Bexley branch) asked Bexley Council’s Monitoring Officer to
conduct an investigation into the close association of Cabinet Member Brian Bishop and
his former Councillor wife, with Bexley’s favourite property developer. It was
referenced here two days ago.
Bexley Council has acknowledged the letter by asking, in effect, who the Hell
are you talking about. “Can you identify the developer?”
Having re-read the complaint I can see it is true. The name Kulvinder Singh does
not feature in Reform’s letter. Maybe the Monitoring officer has to cross all the Ts
before proceding.
