After Bexley’s resurfacing contractor
packed up and went home around lunchtime yesterday, a
resident who lives close to the junction used FixMyStreet to remind Bexley
Council that they had forgotten to reinstate the double yellow lines.
Without the end stop the whole length of double yellows in New Road become invalid.
Bexley Council’s response is astounding. Basically, “we really don’t care”.
