12 October (Part 1) - Three months of Council neglect
For
the record the three months of failure by Country Style to empty the paper bin came to an end on Friday.
The fly tip had been
cleared a week
earlier along with some of the accumulatred cardboard. Now it has all gone.
What stopped them emptying it a couple of months ago? Incompetence and lack of care presumably.
