Yesterday I had to drive to East Ham again to attend to the vulnerable person. Just after 3 p.m. the queue for the
southbound Blackwall Tunnel extended back along the A13 to the Canning Town
Flyover. Half an hour later it was slow going through Woolwich to Plumstead Bus Garage too.
