13 March - Deception is our game
Well
that didn’t take long did it?
A week ago Bexley Conservatives said that they were going to spend £5,000,000 on
temporary accommodation and the Labour Group proposed spending £6,459,136 and
came up with a way of finding the extra money. The Finance Director said their
calculations were entirely valid.
The Tories voted against spending the extra £1·5 million and Labour voted for it.
Here you have the inevitable, close to lying, response.
With their Leader in No. 10 the biggest liar ever known to politics I suppose
that ought not to be too much of a surprise.
