The unusual site banners bring attention to the Labour activists in Bexley who manipulate Facebook Groups using fictional posters. They deny it, threaten police action for ‘harassing’ a fictitious character and then demonstrate their willingness to impersonate by creating a false Administrator account in my name. The banner on display is chosen randomly from a selection of three with the familiar Bexley Council is Bonkers logo appearing only occasionally.
1 August (Part 2) - Booking the crooks
I don’t think it was reported at the time but at the end of May this year the police agreed to hand over some of the papers relating to their investigation into councillor Peter Craske’s involvement in the obscene blog affair. They wanted to do it under the Subject Access Request procedure which means a fee of £10 was required. More than the statutory 40 days later there has been no apparent progress.
