The Thamesmead Grump have done to deserve the attention but councillor Philip Read has been let off the leash again.
It cannot be me who he has in mind because cabinet members don’t look at Bexley
is Bonkers. They are not afraid to say so, in writing too, and I am banned from viewing Philip Read’s Tweets.
Residents from right across the borough must be overjoyed to know that
such a powerful intellect is in charge of children’s services in Bexley.
